The bicycle parking is centrally located in Bruges under the square 't Zand and is easy to use, safe and free.
The entrance is located at the Noorzandstraat. An elevator will bring you to the parking on the level -1.
The use of the Fietsenparking Centrum - Zand is free. You only pay a one-time administrative fee of €5 for the creation of your personal badge, unless you already have a MOBIB-card.
