With large bay windows, a reception area in a white and wooden colour theme and located just a few metres from the Brussels Airport terminal...this is undoubtedly a very special car park. Indeed, this is the new "P1 VIP" car park in Zaventem. This car park is a real showcase for the group, using the latest technological innovations and presenting tailor-made services for high-end clientele.

Following the attacks in March 2016, the old VIP car park of Brussels Airport had to be closed following police orders. After this inaccessibility decision was confirmed by the authorities, Interparking took this opportunity to launch a new project and completely rethink its VIP car park. 

The result of these thoughts has now taken shape. After reserving a space online by entering the vehicle registration, the client accesses the car park in a semi-automated manner. The system recognises the vehicle registration and issues a ticket, opening the barriers to the car park. Upon the client's return, everything is managed in an automated manner following payment. The recognition of the vehicle registration plate facilitates a smooth exit from the car park for the client, who does not have to show or use the ticket. This initiative reflects Interparking's aim to adopt a 'no ticket' approach. The P1 VIP cap park could be a trial for other facilities belonging to the group. The car park is also equipped with cameras to ensure better protection of the cars and clients, and also to manage vehicle storage. 

Everything has been set up to provide an unrivalled service to a high-end clientele. Other services will very soon be added to an already very comprehensive offer in the P1 VIP car park.
